Through our website analytics: anonymised usage data including page views, referral sources, and general geographic region. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

3. ARCIS and personal data
ARCIS is designed on a principle of data minimisation and client-side encryption. When you use ARCIS:
Your identity credentials are encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption before any data leaves your device. Sovereign Identity Systems does not have access to the decryption keys for your credentials. We cannot read, access, or disclose the contents of your encrypted credentials. Credential presentation is controlled entirely by you. No credential data is shared with any party without your explicit action.
The technical architecture of ARCIS means that we hold significantly less personal data than traditional identity verification services. This is by design.
4. How we store and protect your information
Personal information collected through this website (contact form submissions, waitlist registrations) is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access controls limited to authorised personnel.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: where required or authorised by Australian law, regulation, or court order; to our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where necessary for the operation of our business; and to service providers who assist us in operating our website and business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients unless required to do so and will notify you if this changes.
